General terms

Casa Lavandula strives to provide flexibility and convenience for its guests.

To ensure your comfort and pleasant stay, the complete house is rented out for each reservation, regardless of the number of guests.

Pets with good hygiene habits are allowed.

The guest house is visited by many children, therefore smoking is prohibited indoors.

Check-in time is between 15:00 and 18:00, and check-out time is between 08:00 and 11:00.

The total cost due by the customer is calculated automatically based on the number of days, the number of guests, and the current pricing offer for the specified period.

When making a reservation, a 50% deposit of the entire price for the stay must be paid in advance via bank transfer as a guarantee for your reservation no later than two working days after the reservation is registered.

Please provide your name and dates of stay in the “Reason” area as a reference, and send a copy of the payment to reservations@casalavandulabg.com or Viber (tel. 0889755966).
The remaining amount shall be transferred before the check-in date via bank transfer or in cash upon arrival.

If the online reservation is not paid within the specified period and no copy of the payment document is sent in case of payment by bank transfer, your reservation will be automatically canceled by the reservation system.

Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before the date of arrival.
