The data acquired for the purpose of accommodation at Casa Lavandula is accessible to third parties specified in the Tourism Act, including the Ministry of Tourism, municipalities, the Ministry of the Interior, the National Revenue Agency, the National Statistical Institute, and the ESTI electronic system.
Casa Lavandula is a personal data administrator under the Personal Data Protection Act and processes the customer/user’s personal data for the purpose of carrying out its obligations in connection with the customer’s reservation.
We do not share the name, email address, or phone number that the user/customer provided while making the reservation with third parties for the purpose of sending commercial information.
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) for which it was collected, in compliance with the applicable laws. You give your consent for these purposes and your consent remains in effect even after the termination of our relationship with you.
Casa Lavandula may disclose and provide personal information in compliance with the applicable laws if compelled or obliged to do so by a court or administrative authority, or if the provision of personal data is related to the fulfillment of the guest house’s legal obligations.
